崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)物流和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)工作的總體管理，人員培訓(xùn)，業(yè)績(jī)考核。
Responsible for the overall management of the Logistics and warehousing, team’s personnel training and assessment, target management.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)物流體系和流程的策劃，制定和完善，并確保日常工作按質(zhì)量體系要求。
Responsible for the development and improvement of the process and procedure, ensure operation complying to the management system.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)管理工廠內(nèi)部物流及物料移動(dòng)，使其精益化。全面負(fù)責(zé)物流EHS相關(guān)工作，落實(shí)倉(cāng)庫(kù)5S、可視化和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作，識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)與控制物流及倉(cāng)庫(kù)的環(huán)境因素。
Responsible for management of plant’s logistics and material moving to manage it as lean. Responsible for logistics EHS compliance, implement warehouse 5S, visualization and onsite management. Identify, evaluate and control the environmental factors of logistics and warehouse.
4. 管理團(tuán)隊(duì)高質(zhì)量的完成收發(fā)存作業(yè)，并符合公司物流規(guī)定和客戶物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，遏制客戶物流物料投訴，確?？蛻魸M意度。
Manage team to complete material in-store-out operation with high efficiency and quality, complying company and customers’ logistics standards, contain customer complaints to secure customers’ satisfaction.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)第三方物流和第三方倉(cāng)庫(kù)的管理、優(yōu)化與開(kāi)發(fā)。控制物流成本，遏制庫(kù)存損失。
Responsible for the management, improvement and development of the third party logistics and the third party warehouse, control logistics cost and contain inventory loss.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)的報(bào)關(guān)和清關(guān)的管理工作。
Responsible for management of the coordinate import and export declarations.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)物料的庫(kù)存管理保持適當(dāng)?shù)膸?kù)存水平以及遏制呆滯料，管理盤點(diǎn)工作并確保賬實(shí)相符。
Responsible for inventory management to keep proper levels and contain obsolete, manage stock taking to keep the accuracy between physic and book.
8. 負(fù)責(zé)物流部門的應(yīng)急管理工作。
Responsible for the emergency management of Logistics Department.
9. 上級(jí)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
崗位要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred.
2. 十年以上物料管理，物流工程，精益物流相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，三年以上管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 10 years’ work experience in Logistics related. More than 3 years’ work experience in logistics management.
3. 熟練掌握供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)知識(shí)，了解并掌握IATF16949和MMOG/LE體系優(yōu)先
Good knowledge of supply chain management, knowledge of MMOG, IATF16949 is a plus.
4. 熟練的英語(yǔ)讀寫及口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力
Good written and spoken English
5. 較強(qiáng)的組織管理能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力，良好的溝通和談判技能
Strong organizational management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills
